Raw fish??

I just decided that sushi is my new favorite food! I was never really a big fan because just the thought of eating raw fish totally grossed me out!! But, with the help of my husband, I got suckered in to trying his favorite food, sushi. My first time was a few months ago and I wasn't too impressed... however, we just had it again for lunch today and WOW!! I think I found a new love! I am still unfamiliar with what types I like, what fillings are good, what sauces are the best with which fish, etc. But what I do know is that I seriously LOVE sushi! Call me crazy but the Japanese know what they are doing with their raw fish...

*Just Married*

We were happily married on May 9, 2009 in the Salt Lake Temple. We got married in the morning, had a luncheon that afternoon then a beautiful backyard reception that evening. The weather was warm and sunny. The sunflowers turned out amazing and the whole thing was exactly as we imagined it! We then left for an AMAZING honeymoon to Hawaii where we spent a week at the Marriott Resort with a breath-taking ocean view. The hotel had it's own private lagoon on the beach which nice. We were beach bums all day!! We then came back to Las Vegas for a reception for all of JC's family and friends. It was fun to get all dressed up again and live out the wedding one more time. Overall, everything turned out better than we had imagined even though it went by way too fast!!
